Click on the links to the left for information regarding the Waldorf Cross Fire. Waldorf Cross Fire is a 13-Under Coed team playing in the Southern Maryland Youth Soccer Association (Charles County) League. The team is comprised of a mix of 11, 12 and 13 year old players. By Waldorf Soccer Club Guidelines, members of the team stay together for the full three year period, so new 11 year old players can look forward to staying on the same team.
Although classified as a recreational league team, the County League may include teams from Waldorf, LaPlata, SMYO, Accoceek and Indian Head. All scheduled games are played on Charles County fields.

Since our players stay together for an extended time, I try and run the team like a select team. Practices include drills, scrimmages, and free play. No fooling around is tolerated. My object is to get the players ready for high school play, since many of them will indeed want to play for their high school team.
