Refunds requests must be emailed to the club treasurer (treasurer@waldorfsoccer.com) PRIOR to 7 days before the start of any recreational season.

Refunds will not be considered for poor weather, field condition or other situations not caused by the Club.   In the event of poor weather or field conditions, the Club will do everything possible to schedule make-up games and practices.
