The DC United has invited the Waldorf Soccer Club to come out and have a "Club Night" on the 8th of October.  This as an excellent opportunity for the entire family to come out and share the excitement of the game together.  I encourage each of you to try and make time to attend this worthwile event.  We attended this event last season, and it was received very well by both the children and the parents.  Activities such as this go a long way towards building team unity and identity.

 

The kids will receive a free soccer ball at the game and see their club name up on the scoreboard and may even get the opportunity to play out on the field at half-time.  I will ask each of them attending this event to wear their Waldorf SC jersey.  Details are posted elsewhere on the website.
