The Waldorf SC announces a referee recertification course and an entry level course coming to Waldorf.

REFEREE RECERTIFICATION COURSE

The referee recertification course will be held on February 25, 2011 from 9:00AM until 3:00PM at the John Hanson Middle School in Waldorf.  The cost for the recertification is $40 (registration with the United States Soccer Federation) and participants should bring a check made out to "MSR" with them to the course.  This course is for previously certified referees.

REFEREE ENTRY LEVEL COURSE

The referee entry level course will be held on multiple nights and all nights are required for certification.  Training nights are February 21, 23, 27, 29 and March 2,  2012 from 6:00PM untl 9:00PMish at the John Hanson Middle School in Waldorf.  The cost for the entry level course is $70, broken into two separate checks.  All participants must register at maryland referee.com.  The registration link should be available by Saturday, February 11, 2012.     Children and adults desiring to be referees should take this course.  Children must be 11 years old to take this course, but may not referee until attaining age 12.
