What is the Player Development Program?

The Waldorf Soccer Club (WSC) Player Development Program (PDP) is designed to help implement the club's player development philosophy... to develop, promote and administer the game of soccer among youth under 19 years of age, emphasizing the importance of individual skill and ball mastery.

The PDP creates an environment that encourages players to use creativity, expression and improvisation with the ball.  Each age group will work on skill sets that are designed specifically for them.  The individual and group drills in combination with small-sided games will provide a learning environment that will be challenging, but also fun for each player.

The WSC Director of Coaching oversees the PDP, utilizing travel coaches, local college players and upper age travel players to aid in the training of club members.

PDP is a no-cost opportunity for all U8 to U19 Program age groups and coaches so we highly encourage you to attend.  Plus it's on Friday night's so what better way to add one more fun training session before the weekend games!!!
