Seven Minute Coerver Drills - Coach Rick has ask every player to perform the seven minute drill before each practice and on their own throughout the week.  Just like anything in life if you want to get better at something, you have to practice, practice, practice.

How to Defend - A good demonstration on how to defend an attacker. (First defender)  Keys to think about: (Speed) Close the attacker quickly at first to cover the yardage, (Control) about 3-5 yards away get down lower to the ground go slower and under more control and patience to be able to defend against the dribbler. (Surfboard position) Turn your hips like your surfing into the direction the ball is dribbled or into the direction you want to force an attacker to dribble. (Angle your approach) Direct your approach so that you can force an attacker into a direction you want or away from the goal or team mate.
